The 10 Best Songs Of 2025.

Image
Musician The Weeknd performing. Credit: The Fader Welp, another year of music in the books. 2025 and 2024 are about as different in terms of music as two civil-war aged siblings who fought on opposite sides. 2024 was a year full of new music from new artists, a breath of fresh air. 2025 took that breath of fresh air and tried to smother you with it. It just feels like no new music really "Came Out" this year. Sure, we had releases. The Weeknd dropped a new album, Tate McRae and Sabrina Carpenter dropped new albums. Hell, Pop Music's lady overlord herself dropped a new record in 2025. None of it seemed to stick. People wanted the same 7 songs from 2024, 2 songs from an animated movie that came out in August, and a song by some guy that was quite literally titled "Ordinary". That being said, it wasn't all doom and gloom. Here's my list for my 10 favourite new singles released in this year 10. MUTT - Leon Thomas Released: August 8, 2024 Right off the bat, w...

The QB Revival Project: The NFL's Newest Trend, And Why It Exists.

Credit: Jane Gershovich, Getty Images We are over midway through yet another NFL Season, and by now, teams are beginning to show you who they really are. The Jets, Saints, Dolphins and Titans appear to be the NFL's Worst, and middling teams like the Cowboys, Browns and Bengals have shown us that they have talent, specifically on one side of the ball, but that you need both sides to be functioning efficiently in order to receive. However, I don't think many people would have expected three of the NFL's best teams to be the Colts, Seahawks, and Bucs, who each have only 2 losses to their name by Week 10. With two of these teams, they appeared to be destined for middling seasons only a few short months ago. Go back to August and see what Colts fans thought of this team. They were prepared to not be great, partially because they didn't have a QB worth a damn... that is, however, until he arrived. Daniel Jones, ...

At long last, we've gotten through the dredge of the offseason, made it through training camps and preseason, and have finally arrived at the real deal; football is back. Week 1 gave a lot of surprises, and a lot of the same teams from last year dominating. Now that Week 1 is in the books, let's take a look back and see who won and lost the most this week.   Winner: Daniel Jones Daniel Jones Scoring with the Indianapolis Colts. Credit: Yahoo Sports Oh Boy, if you had told me six months ago that Daniel Jones would walk into the Colts' opening game against the Dolphins and turn them into fish paste, I'd have laughed in your face. However, reality is sometimes even more ridiculous than our imaginations. Daniel Jones was on fire  Sunday.  After controversially being named the starter over Anthony Richa...

Image
Image taken from video of Robert Rozier being brought to  back prison after an escape attempt. When you think of NFL Players who turned to lives of crime after their careers, you may think of people like O.J. Simpson or Mercury Morris; star players who went and did illegal things. Maybe you think of someone like Lawrence Phillips, whose turbulent life was heavily documented. However, among the names, one seems to be relatively unknown. Robert Rozier had short stints in both the NFL and CFL, and after his career fizzled out, became a key piece in one of the largest and deadliest cults in Florida in the 1980's. Early Life and Football Career Robert Rozier was born on July 28, 1955, in Alaska. Rozier was the son of a member of the U.S. Air Force, and they moved from Alaska to California when he was young.  Not much is known about Rozier's home life, but he went to high school at Cordovo High School in Rancho Cordovo, California. While his 1.32 GPA was not good (a D+ average), he ...

A cornerstone of the franchise from the beginning, Captain Jim's unmatched durability and quiet leadership earned the respect of his teammates and opponents throughout his 20-year-career. Jim led by example, and there was no finer example for others to follow. His impact on the Vikings was felt long after he left the field. Considered the greatest Wrestling event of all time, the WWF's seventeenth installment for their flagship event saw Chyna become the Women's Champion, Kane beating Raven and The Big Show to capture the Hardcore Championship, and Eddie Guerrero becoming the European Champion after beating Test. It also saw the Undertaker maintain his streak of Wrestlemania wins with a victory over Triple H, Edge and Christian captured the Tag Titles in a triple-threat Tables, Ladders & Chairs match, and Stone Cold beating The Rock for the WWF Championship. To say it was an all-time great card was an understatement; Many regard it as the definitive greatest pay-per-view wrestling card ever made.  However, it nearly had a much darker legacy. Preparing to head over to Houston, Texas' Astrodome was a dejected and irate Tommy Dreamer, with a gun in his hand. Dreamer was looking for one man...
