Widely known as one of the NFL's greatest Running Backs to ever play, Brown redefined the position with his blend of size and speed, the likes of which was unseen to that point. However, Brown was so much more than just a football player. He was an actor, a civil rights activist, a boxing and MMA commentator, a multi-sport collegiate athlete, and so much more. Brown was born in Georgia, the son of a boxer and a homemaker. Brown grew up on St. Simons Island in Georgia, raised by his great-grandmother. He then moved to Great Neck, New York, to live with his mother, and played High School Football at nearby Manhassett High School, where he earned many accolades playing Football, Baseball, Basketball and Lacrosse, as well as running track. Credit: Justin Ford, Getty Images On May 14th, 2023, Memphis Grizzlies star Temetrius "Ja" Morant became embroiled in controversy for yet another time due to his handling of firearms. The star Point Guard was videotaped for the second time since March with a gun in his hand.  The video, filmed by Instagram user "_dtap2", shows the two men in a car together, listening to the the recently released song "1.5" by rapper YoungBoy Never Broke Again. as the man turns his camera to Morant, for the split second the camera is on Morant, you can see he is dancing around with a pistol in his hand. Noticing the firearm in Morant's hand, the man turns his camera back and holds it against his chest.  This is not the first incident with Morant and firearms.
