Credit: Charles LeClaire, USA Today Sports On November 19th, 2023, Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones announced that Legendary Cowboys Head Coach Jimmy Johnson would be inducted to the Cowboys Ring Of Honor on December 30th, during a home game against the Detroit Lions. Johnson and Jones pioneered the legendary Cowboys dynasty that saw the Cowboys win back-to-back Super Bowls on the shoulders of the trio of Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, and Michael Irvin. These Cowboys would eventually win a third too after adding Deion Sanders to the mix of Hall Of Fame talent that flooded the roster. These two men made magic together, which is why it's so strange that over 30 years after their heyday, Johnson still wasn't on the Cowboys Ring Of Honor. It's that time of the year again. On November 2nd, 2023 the NBA unveiled each of the thirty NBA teams' city edition jerseys for the 2023 NBA Season. City Edition jerseys are special jerseys made by each NBA team, worn a handful of times by the team, meant to connect to their city's history or their team's history.
